Following my passion for creating art, I joined the Kang-O’Higgins Atelier at Gage Academy in Seattle to study painting and drawing, with a focus on traditional observation skills and visual storytelling. I'm inspired by bold colors, shapes, and composition as well as the fine work of master artists. With my various bodies of work, I strive to explore people and the connections and relationships that comprise our world: one person to another, people linked together by a time or place, people within their environment, and the unique events and experiences that shape a lifetime.
